Inflow was at least outflow, so epoch 007 runs in expansion. Buys pay no module fee and sells pay 1.00%.

This reverses the contraction that epoch 005 set.

During epoch 006 the treasury ran 1 buyback, burning 2,720,595 $JADE.

Standard Reserve's 1% base fee applies to every trade on top of the module fee. Pool buyers who hold 30 days pay half the module sell fee.
